Remedial Massage involves the use of a range of manual therapy techniques to treat specific injuries, pain or muscular conditions. These techniques can involve deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and muscle energy techniques. Remedial Massage Therapists can also assess imbalances in the body through postural analysis and may prescribe specific stretching and strengthening exercises.
Our Sports Massage services are aimed at helping your body perform at it's physical best. We assess your movement and tailor your treatment to address your specific needs. We consider your specific sport, activity, work and the goals you have in place to achieve. We provide deep tissue techniques, stretching, take home advice and integrate your treatment into your training plan.
Workers Compensation Injuries
Remedial Massage is provided to those injured in the course of their employment or in a motor vehicle accident. Soft tissue massage is provided to address specific injuries. Referral from your GP is required and approval from your insurer. We can also work in conjunction with your Physiotherapist, Osteopath, Chiropractor or Exercise Physiologist to achieve the best results.

Tristan has been in the health and fitness industry since 2013 where he started his career as a Personal Trainer.

He now feels he can offer a well rounded sports massage treatment including assessment, massage and exercise advice for clients to take home.
Tristan is a Dad of 2 young boys and has always wanted to be an active role model for his boys. He plays soccer on the weekends and is undertaking a Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) training program leading to an amateur Heavyweight fight in March 2021.
